At Puppyland, we care that our puppies find their perfect "fur-ever" home. We are committed to providing lifetime support for every puppy, ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and loved. While our goal is for every puppy to remain with its forever family, we understand that life can bring unexpected changes. That’s why we created our Fur-ever Home Program—to prevent our puppies from ever being surrendered to a shelter and to support responsible pet ownership.
When you bring home a Puppyland puppy, you agree to contact us if you are ever unable to keep your puppy. Unlike breeders and shelters that may charge fees or offer limited options for returns, Puppyland offers a comprehensive rehoming solution. While puppies cannot be returned to the store due to health and safety protocols, we work closely with you to find the perfect new home. This allows you to keep posession of your puppy while discussing a rehoming fee directly with the new owner.
This service is completely free—Puppyland does not charge or take any portion of the rehoming fee. Our sole mission is to stand by our commitment to these puppies, ensuring they are loved and cared for throughout their lives.
